SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE USA)

  • Carriers: We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic shipments.
  • Options: We offer Standard, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping options.
  • Cost: The shipping rate is directly from the carrier, without any mark-ups from our side.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all USA domestic orders over $250.
  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 1pm Pacific Daylight Time will be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next day.
  • Delivery Time: Domestic shipping usually takes between 2-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Carriers: We use DHL and FedEx for international shipments.
  • Cost: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred. The shipping rate you see is directly from the carrier, without any mark-ups from our side.
  • Delivery Time: International orders generally take about 3-7 days, although this can vary due to factors like customs processing.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

  • In the unfortunate event that your products arrive damaged or your package is lost, please follow these steps:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date in the case of lost packages).
    • Provide pictures of the damaged product and packaging in your communication.
    • We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Conditions

You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
  3. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  4. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Upon receipt of your return request, we'll guide you through the returns process and provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. If the product is in its original unused condition, the refund will be in the original method of payment. If the item is deemed used or damaged, store credit will be issued instead.

Damaged Items

If the product arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with pictures of the damaged product and packaging, at contact@snoozyivy.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as per your preference.
